Overview
This article describes the contents of the version 8441 SnapHire product release. This version is available for limited release from the 3rd March 2016. This release is limited as it is only required for clients using the "Location Pinning" feature for users (e.g. Recruiters/Managers). The contents of this version will be packaged into the next general release of SnapHire product (likely to be version 8450).
Release details
This version contains only one change - an improvement for the homepage of location pinned users. This change is to ensure the existing homepage feature, which allows the user to see all open vacancies at their location (not necessarily their own vacancies), will work better with the new feature to save refined job searches which was included in version 8440.
In version 8440 the user could still see the number of open vacancies at their location, but to see the information of these jobs needed to refine the search and change the user that the jobs are associated with from "current logged in user" to "any manager" or "any recruiter" (as applicable). Now, when the user selects the all open jobs link on their homepage, the job information is displayed.
