Before you begin

Make sure you have the "Can manage quick actions" permission.

Set up a quick action


Go to the Admin tab and select Manage quick actions.

  1. Click Add quick action.

  2. Under Hiring stage, select the stage you want to configure. If enabling AI processing, this is the stage that will trigger AI processing.

  3. Under Workflow, select a specific workflow, or leave as All workflows to apply to every workflow containing this hiring stage.

  4. Under Positive action, select the action that launches when a user clicks the thumbs up button.

  5. Under Negative action, select the action that launches when a user clicks the thumbs down button.
