Candidate application context

Candidate action display in hiring stage
Fixed a visual issue on the new hiring stage screen where raising an action on a candidate could display the name of the first candidate in the list. This did not affect which candidate the action was applied to.

Improved action history behaviour
Resolved an issue where an error message could appear when viewing an action history item if the action was in a status it couldn’t normally be raised from. As this was not relevant in the history view, these error messages have been removed.
Corrected video retake button label
Fixed a visual issue during the candidate application process where the incorrect button label was shown when retaking a video. The button now correctly displays “Use video”. This was a purely visual issue and did not affect the ability to submit retaken videos.
Fixed navigation for reply actions
Resolved an issue where managers were incorrectly taken to the “Plan for later” tab instead of the “Send reply” tab when responding to ask-to-reply actions. Users are now directed to the correct tab.
Corrected dashboard action links
Fixed an issue where “Ask question” actions on the dashboard linked to the wrong tab when selecting “Complete task”. Users are now taken directly to the “Complete” tab.
Conditional visibility for Create menu
Resolved an issue where the “Create” menu heading appeared even when users did not have access to any associated actions. The menu will now only display when relevant.
Improved handling of inactive category values on action forms
Updated how inactive category values are displayed when raising actions. Inactive values will no longer appear in dropdowns, while previously selected inactive values will remain visible in action history and be clearly marked as inactive.
Fixed left-hand menu ordering
Resolved a bug introduced in version 10.16 that caused top-level branches in the left-hand menu to display in an inconsistent order. arbitrary order.

Try the new hiring stage screen
Added a banner to the footer of the hiring stage screen inviting users to try the upcoming new experience and provide feedback via the Rate the new experience option. Users can switch freely between the current and new versions.
Updated candidate filter selection
Updated filter selection on the Candidates tab to align with the new jobs list experience. Each filter now includes Apply and Cancel actions when modifying values within the dropdown.
Candidate tab raise action now opens in a drawer
The raise action screen now opens in a right-hand drawer instead of reloading the page, replacing the previous inline page display. This update currently applies to the new Candidates tab and will be rolled out to other areas in future.
