General bug fixing

Candidate decline not reflected on parent job
Previously, when declining a candidate on a child job via the candidate details page and selecting "No" to the prompt "Do you want this candidate to be considered for other pipeline jobs?", the candidate was not declined on the associated parent job. This has now been fixed - the candidate will be declined on both the child and parent jobs as expected. 

Preferred name placeholder in emails
Resolved an issue where the "Preferred" name placeholder in candidate emails was incorrectly pulling through the candidate’s full name.

Optional data fields retaining cleared values
Fixed an issue where optional data fields on candidate raisable actions could still retain old values if the field was cleared and then saved. The field will now correctly save as blank when cleared. 

Duplicate sequence issue in value sets
Addressed a bug where updating value sets could result in duplicate sequences. 

Blurry thumbnails in image gallery
The self-service image gallery was displaying blurry thumbnail images from version 10.13.0. This has now been resolved and thumbnails will appear as expected. 

Incorrect paragraph spacing in notifications
Fixed an issue where paragraph spacing in SnapHire notifications was inconsistent. Paragraphs now display with correct spacing.
