General bug fixing
Removed inactive values from displaying when editing candidate details
When modifying candidate details through the recruiter site, inactive category values were previously visible to the user. This has been updated so that inactive values are no longer displayed.
Candidate details page loading issue
The page for editing candidate details failed to load properly for users without the 'Can manage advertising tracking codes' permission. This issue specifically impacted sites running version 10.9.3 or higher.
Document generator URL handling
Addressed an issue regarding the document generator's handling of URLs containing special characters.
