Improvements

Enhanced input control

Currency and number fields no longer update values when utilizing a mouse scroll wheel within the field. This refinement ensures smoother user interactions and prevents unintended changes to input values.

Clarified warning for "Advertising tracking codes"

The warning message displayed when attempting to delete an advertising tracking code that has linked candidates has been improved for clarity and accuracy. Users will now receive clearer guidance, reducing the risk of inadvertent data loss.

Field validation for registration and job questions

Administrators can now apply field validation to "Single-line text" registration and job questions. This addition enhances data accuracy and completeness by allowing validation rules to be enforced where necessary.

Updated Australian phone number library

The library of valid Australian phone numbers used for candidate forms has been updated to the most current version available.

Streamlined Candidates tab

Specific details in the "Job seeker last action" column of the new Candidates tab have been removed to give the list a cleaner appearance. This enhancement improves readability and simplifies the user interface.

General bug fixing

Permission error resolved

Users without the “Create shared candidate saved search” permission encountered an error when attempting to edit a public search. To prevent confusion, this option has been entirely removed for those users, ensuring that they cannot view options which are not applicable to their permission level.

Corrected email recipient display

On the new action screens, emails set to send to "The logged-in user" but later changed to a static email address could display the incorrect recipient when raising. This visual bug has been fixed, ensuring that emails are accurately displayed to the intended recipient.

Fixed row height issue

Previously, on the new Candidates tab, rows with multiple lines of data were not expanding to accommodate the additional information, resulting in some content being hidden from view. This issue has been addressed, and going forward, the row height will dynamically expand to ensure that all information is easily readable.
