This version corrects defects introduced in previous versions of SnapHire (the following bugs are specific to the new action screens only):

When trying to raise an action on an "Incomplete" job that is set to only be raised on "Complete" jobs, a generic error message was displayed. This has been updated to a specific error that provides details on why the action cannot be raised.
Marking a job as "Waiting for approval" would throw an error when one of the users in the chain was inactive. The chain will now instead end once it hits an inactive user.
Category placeholders in data field instructions with a blank value as an answer would cause an error to display. This will now instead show the default for a category with nothing specific selected, which is "Any".
