This version corrects defects introduced in previous versions of SnapHire:

Soundbites and SMS could rarely be affected when the site settings exceeded a certain limit.
Fixed an issue where the reset placeholder was not rendering as a link in emails to users.
Added back support for the legacy SnapHire apply method, which was still being used in some rare cases (removed in 10.8.0).
Trying to delete categories with certain answers stored against them was throwing an error.
Fixed a visual error on the new actions screens when an email action had been changed from sending to a static email address to "to the logged in user".

This version includes the following improvements:

Improved top menu loading times.
Candidates registering for job alerts will now be recommended to fill in all the profile category fields. The notification switch will also stay on when no preferences have been selected.
