  • Easy access to common actions such as "Encourage to apply" and "Attach to job" available from a new left menu

  • Mitigates wrong data and typos to be submitted by candidates

Dropdown or checkbox options

  • Multi-choice questions can now be presented to candidates as either a dropdown or a list of checkboxes when they are registering on your site or applying to a job

Information displayed when attaching candidates to jobs

  • Updated the information displayed to a user when attaching candidates to job, as well as making the messages on the confirmation page clearer around whether that was successful and if not, why it failed
  • Added the option to select the candidate source when attaching

Administration changes

In this release, we've also made some administration changes. These might not impact you directly, but we know some clients will be interested to know about them:

Improved system logging

  • Updates to how internal system logging displays changes that have been made in the system, as well as an improved filtering system

Additional placeholder functionality

  • Minor change to a job seeker name placeholder to allow additional formatting options

General bug fixing

This version corrects the following defect introduced in previous versions of SnapHire:

  • Actions that sent emails with an iCal attachment that also had datafields associated with it where displaying the datafields below the email content instead of beside it
