Overview
If you need to delete more than 100 candidates at a time, the SnapHire development team can run a script to permanently delete candidates in bulk from your SnapHire database. This can be run once, or scheduled to run regularly, though we'd recommend only doing a bulk deletion once and then managing ongoing deletion requirements within your team.
Please refer to the Self-service deleting candidates article for more information about deleting candidates.
When a candidate with applications is deleted, all of their applications will also be deleted.
Selection criteria
The selection criteria available is:
With no activity after (days): This is the so-called ‘last sign of life’. All candidates who have not logged into their account after a specified number of days will be deleted.
With no job applications after (days): All candidates who have no job applications submitted after a specified number of days will be deleted.
Delete internal candidates (yes/no): When set to “no”, only external and agency candidates will be deleted. When set to “yes” all candidate types will be deleted. When a value is not provided (null/empty) it will throw an error and nothing will be deleted.
Delete subscribed candidates (yes/no): This is whether the candidate has job alerts enabled on their profile or not. When set to “no”, candidates with job alerts enabled will be excluded. When a value is not provided (null/empty) it will throw an error and nothing will be deleted.
Please contact the Client Success team to discuss this further.
