Improvements
This version includes the following improvements:
- The text editor when raising an action that sends an email has been improved to provide a better experience to users. Instead of plain text, it is possible now to style the content of the email in a similar way to how you do it with your email provider. The experience is now identical to what users can already see on the admin menu "Manage email templates"
- The fields From, To, CC and BCC are now dropdown lists where the recipients can be selected. Specific email addresses can also be typed if/or when needed.
- Placeholders can now be selected from a list, rather than inserting them directly in the email. Inserting raw placeholders is still supported though this should only be necessary for advanced and unusual configurations.
General bug fixing
This version corrects defects introduced in previous versions of SnapHire.
- After saving an email template from "Manage email templates", the content of the email body when raising the action (associated with the template) displayed raw HTML code, making it difficult to edit the content of the email or to get an idea of what the final result of the email would be.
