Your SnapHire talent community (Candidates tab) is your database of potential candidates who are interested in working for your organisation. Anyone who has ever registered or applied for a job via your careers website appears in your Candidates tab.


The permission to view the Candidates tab (Can create and search job seekers) is usually granted to recruiter users. Manager users only have access to candidates who have applied to their own roles, to jobs the manager is an additional manager on, or to jobs the manager is trusted to see.


There is a great amount of talent and opportunity to be found in your talent community therefore proactively managing these people is extremely beneficial! Your next hire could already be in your talent community so you may not even need to advertise your upcoming role therefore reducing advertising costs and time taken to screen the influx of applicants your organisation could experience.
