Overview

This article explains the steps for creating an 'Assessment Hub view' within SnapHire.


Each assessment app or assessment type may require specific information to be sent from SnapHire to be used successfully. If your selected app requires additional information from the default view you will need to create a specific Assessment Hub view for this app.

  • You will need to be granted the permission “Can manage Assessment Hub views”. This permission will allow access to the Admin tab in SnapHire.


You can edit, copy or add a new Assessment Hub view specifically for a selected assessment type.


To request an Assessment:

  1. Create your job in SnapHire

    1. Any default assessments will apply to the workflow you select, or

    2. You can customise your job via the ‘Assessment Hub’ panel. (click here for instructions)

  2. When the candidate is in the correct bucket, from either;

    1. The application details or

    2. The application list view

  3. Simply click the icon to get started.

    1. Clicking on the assessment you want (icon) will display the ‘Start assessment’ button.

    2. Select 'Start assessment' and your order will be started.
  4. Icons and borders may change as the candidate moves through the process.

  5. You can click on the icons at any stage and you will be able to review where the candidate is at in the process and or review a completed result.
