Self service

Registration and default job questions

Now SnapHire users with permissions can manage new and existing registration and default job questions.

We have added two new permissions "Can manage registration questions" and "Can manage default job questions" to allow users to access to a new admin section "Job seeker questions". These permissions grant users the ability to create, edit and delete questions.

Considerations:

  • For reporting purposes, question values that have already been answered cannot be deleted
  • Question types cannot be edited once a question has been created

Email self service

Now SnapHire users with permissions can edit existing email templates.

We have added a new permission "Can manage email templates" to allow users to edit the content and format of emails sent automatically when users complete an action

Considerations

  • In this initial release, users can only edit existing email templates but cannot create or delete templates

GDPR

The checkbox in the registration/application form for candidates to register for job alerts is now defaulted to OFF to comply with privacy regulations

Performance

We have improved the performance of job searches that will now display results faster, specially when a large number of jobs are returned
