Manage assessments 'by job' in SnapHire
Assessments can be customised and changed per job.
- Select your job and go to Job Details screen.
- If your site has the 'Assessment Hub' installed you will see the 'Assessment Hub' job panel on the right of the job details screen.
- When there are no default assessments mapped for your job’s workflow, your widget will not show any assessments. To add assessments, click 'Edit' to map assessments.
- When default Assessments are mapped for your job’s workflow, the panel will show the 'Default Assessments mapped'. To mapping for your job click 'Edit'.
- When Assessments are customized for your job, the panel will show the 'Custom Assessments mapped'. To customize or restore default assessment mapping for your job click 'Edit'.
- When there are no default assessments mapped for your job’s workflow, your widget will not show any assessments. To add assessments, click 'Edit' to map assessments.
- To customize the assessments for a specific job, select any of the following ways;
- By clicking on the … next to the bucket to add or remove an assessment to a bucket. Drag and drop the assessments as required and click 'Save'.
- By clicking on an individual assessment in a bucket and changing the assessment settings. 'Edit' the settings and click 'Save'.
- By clicking on the bucket and changing the assessment settings for one or multiple assessments
- By clicking on the … next to the bucket to add or remove an assessment to a bucket. Drag and drop the assessments as required and click 'Save'.
- Click 'Save' to apply the changes.
- If you make a mistake or want to restore the job to default, click on 'Restore default mappings'.
- Close this screen and return to your job, you will need to refresh the screen to see your changes.
- If the user clicks on a bucket link where no assessments are mapped; the Screen will display a message 'It would appear that no assessments have been added to this bucket.'
- When a user clicks on a bucket where there are default workflow mappings, the Screen will display the default matrix of these assessments.
- If a user clicks on a bucket where there are customized mappings, the Screen will display the customized matrix of these assessments.
- If the user edits any of these settings, the settings would then be considered 'Customized'.
NB: Please note that if an assessment is added to a bucket where the 'Assessment Hub strip' is not visible in the bucket view, this will need to be requested via an administrator.
