Overview
When looking at your application workflow(s), for each appointment type utilising Appointment Booker you will see two related buckets – 'invited' and 'booked'. For example; for the appointment type of '1st interview' you would see the buckets '1st interview – invited' and '1st interview – booked'.
- The invited bucket holds applicants who have been sent an invite asking them to select a suitable day/time.
- The booked bucket holds applicants who have made their own selection, or for whom you have made a selection on their behalf (e.g. whilst on the phone with them).
