Overview

Every time the status of the hiring approval process changes, the manager and the recruiter associated with the job in SnapHire receive an email update notification.  

Details

This notification email is for information purposes only and includes the most recent approvers' name, their decision and any comments included.  

• If the candidate is still progressing through the approval chain, it will also advise the name of the person the candidate is now waiting for approval to hire from.
• Otherwise, it will state that the candidate and offer details have been Finally Approved or Not Approved.

When the approval process is completed the candidate will automatically move to either the 'Approved' or 'Not Approved' bucket depending on the decisions made by the Approvers.

When approval has been granted, your organisation's offer process can continue.
