Overview
When processing applications, most actions you take in SnapHire will have an 'Ok' and 'Cancel' buttons to complete the activity. Some actions you complete (e.g. a reference check) may also have a third option available called 'Ok (with cross)':
Button uses
When presented with these options, choose one of the following:
| Ok | To take the action (e.g. save your notes if a reference check). |
| Ok (with cross) | To take the action (e.g. save your notes if a reference check) and indicate with a red cross that the action did not have a successful outcome. When viewing the action in the application history, a red cross icon will appear to the left action name:  Please note that if/when the 'OK (with cross)' button appears is defined by your organisation (configured per action). |
| Cancel | To cancel the action (e.g. discard your notes if a reference check). |
