Selecting a single application

When viewing a list of applications (candidate list view), you can select a single application by:

  • Clicking on the candidate's name - this will take you to the candidate details view.

OR

  • Clicking (✓) to the left of the application you wish to select.


Selecting multiple applications

When viewing a list of applications (candidate list view), you can select multiple applications by:

  • Clicking (✓) to the left of all of the applications you wish to select.
  • Once selected, you can perform an action in bulk.  For example; move multiple applications to another bucket at the same time.


When you have multiple applications selected, and you attempt to take action with them you will see the following warning:


When the action you are taking is going to send an email to the applicants, you will notice that the message onscreen says 'To: Candidates(s)' instead of their individual names.  When the message is sent, the candidate's name is inserted into the message (in other words, they do not know they have been messaged as part of a larger group).
