Typically this tab includes information about the Recruiter and Hiring manager, but depending on the configuration of your site may also include other people such as a 'Processing agency user' or 'Additional manager' fields:
Use the 'change' and 'clear' links to amend who is associated with the job.
TIP: This information is also visible when viewing the job details, and in that view the 'Job coordinator' information is also indicated. For example:
