Overview

When the Total Apply app is installed, there are buttons made available for:


Depending on the button configuration for Total Apply in your tenant, the candidate experience may include one, or all, of the following Total Apply forms:


'Register' form

New candidates may use the Total Apply 'Register' form to register with the app/system Total Apply is linked to:


At the bottom of this form the candidate has the option to 'Sign up' and submit an application to the app/system Total Apply is linked to:


TIP: If they navigate away from the form without submitting it, a draft of their profile will be held by Total Apply - refer to this article about Drafts.


'Update profile' form

Existing candidates may use the Total Apply 'Update profile' form to update their registration details held within the app/system Total Apply is linked to:  


At the bottom of this form the candidate has the options of:

  • 'Close' - this will close the form and their changes will not be submitted to the app/system Total Apply is linked to.  The last saved draft of their profile will be held by Total Apply - refer to this article about Drafts.
  • 'Update profile' - this will submit the changes made to the app/system Total Apply is linked to.

Application form

Signed in candidates may use the Total Apply 'Application' form to submit an application to a job available in the app/system Total Apply is linked to:  


At the bottom of this form the candidate has the options of:

  • 'Close' - this will close the form and their application will not be submitted to the app/system Total Apply is linked to.  The last saved draft of their application will be held by Total Apply - refer to this article about Drafts.
  • 'Save a draft' - this button allows the candidate to manually save a draft of their application (in addition to the auto-save draft process) - refer to this article about Drafts.
  • 'Submit your application' this will submit the application to the app/system Total Apply is linked to.
