Overview
Your organisation is setup with a specific pre-paid message plan per calendar month. SnapHire will only allow you to send a text message if your site still has remaining credit.
Standard plan
Each organisation is provided with 400 free texts per calendar month under our Standard plan. Whatever your current balance, at the beginning of each month they are topped back up to 400 (that is, they do not accumulate).
Extended plans
If your organisation requires a higher monthly quota or a short-term extension for a campaign etc, extended plans can be purchased. Please contact us at hello@aotal.com for more information.
