Overview
The Virtual Phone feature uses short message service (SMS) functionality to allow users to send and receive text messages with candidates directly from within SnapHire.
Messages can be sent individually or in 'bulk' to selected candidates who have provided a mobile phone number. Their mobile number will be recognized in any format, regardless of how they have entered it (for example: they may just type the numbers, or they may include a + or spaces). SnapHire shows you it has recognized a mobile number for their location by displaying a mini mobile icon next to the candidate name, like this:
Please note that this feature is only available to users who have been granted the permission 'Can SMS to candidates'.
