Overview

Simple Apply is an app brought to you by Aotal.  This app allows organizations to be able to offer a very simple application experience for candidates.  This app only requires the candidates to provide their first name, last name, email address and a resume to submit an application.  As the application form is so short, no 'draft' applications are required.


This app can be found under the 'Applicant tracking' category of the Talent App Store.


Key features

In the version of this app released on 25th August 2017, the key features available are:

  • Desktop and mobile friendly apply form.
  • Candidate is required to sign in (or sign up) to the app/system Simple Apply is linked to before the application form is provided.
  • Account email:  As the candidate is required to signed in to the app/system Simple Apply is linked to before the application form is provided, their account email is pre-populated in the application form.
  • First name / Last name:  If the candidate has already provided name information to the app/system Simple Apply is linked to, it will be pre-populated in the application form. 
  • Resumé If the candidate has already provided resume information to the app/system Simple Apply is linked to, it will be pre-populated in the application form. Otherwise it can be uploaded from their computer or online cloud storage applications (if using a mobile device).
  • Sourcing:  Simple Apply provides sourcing information along with the application to the app/system it is linked to. This information can be stored/used as required by that app/system.
  • Logo:  Simple Apply provides 'Simple Apply' logo information with the application to the app/system it is linked to. This information can be stored/displayed as required by that app/system.
